Linksys Smart Wi-Fi system requirements

The Linksys Smart Wi-Fi is a free feature available for Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Routers.  This feature allows you to access and configure your home network wherever you are. 

In order to use the Linksys cloud account, your computer must comply with the system requirements of the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi.  See the table below to know if your computer has met the requirements:

Operating System
  • Windows XP Service Pack 3 and higher operating system
  • OS X® 10.5.8 or higher 
  • Internet Explorer® 8-10
  • Firefox® version 8 or higher
  • Google Chrome™ version 19 or higher 
  • Safari® version 5.0 or higher
  • Firefox® version 8 or higher
  • Google Chrome™ version 19 or higher 

IMPORTANT:  Javascript and cookies must be enabled on your web browser when accessing your Linksys cloud account.  Mobile browsers are not supported to configure the router settings except if you are using an iPad®.
