Adjusting the MTU size to fix dropping connection with all computers

There are many ways to fix dropping connection issues in your network.  One way is to adjust the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) size of your router so that the Internet traffic can properly pass through.   MTU specifies the largest packet size permitted for Internet transmission.

This article will guide you on how to adjust the MTU size of your router.

IMPORTANT:  Before you begin, check first if your computer has a stable connection when connected to your broadband modem.   If you do not have a stable Internet connection with your modem, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance.
