If you already have a high-speed Cable Internet account, ensure to contact your ISP and verify if your Linksys CM3024 is part of their supported list of modems and have them activate it.  If you encounter problems in activating or provisioning your new modem, you will need to give the Serial Number (SN) and the Media Access Control (MAC) Address of the Linksys CM3024.  These are located at the back label of the Linksys CM3024.
